The Campus Planning District--- improving town-gown relations
|
Adopted master plan to change the look of Capital's campus. The first phase is expected to involve $36-million of building construction, several new student housing units on the west side of College Avenue, a northbound turn lane at College Avenue and Main Street, and clsoure of Mound Street between College and Pleasant Ridge Avenues to create a safer pedestrian mall for the campus and community.
