are now available at the Police Department FREE of charge

On street parking restrictions pertain only to those streets that have signs posted designating the area as a Residential Parking Zone. If you live on one of these streets, you must have a Residential Parking Permit for on-street parking.
These permits are only to be used in the area where the permit has been issued.
You can fill in and print out an application by clicking on the "Application Form" below. Also listed below are the "Parking Permit Areas" and the "Rules and Regulations for Parking Permits."
